Apartments and Suites
Our apartments and modern family suites, ranging from 25 to 100 sqm, provide plenty of space to settle in and feel at home.
Cosy living areas and contemporary furnishings ensure a relaxing stay – whether you’re travelling as a couple or with the whole family.
All apartments are non-smoking.
Please note there is no lift (up to 5 floors). The apartment buildings are not accessible. A luggage service is available for an additional charge.
We are happy to accommodate requests for lower or higher floor apartments, subject to availability.

Apartments & Suites

Our studio and standard apartments (1–2 rooms) offer cosy living areas and fully equipped kitchens – ideal for short or longer stays.
Family suites provide extra space with separate living and sleeping areas. Selected suites (Comfort, Premium, Superior, Fips as well as the Big Suite) offer added comfort for a truly relaxing stay.

For independent travellers
Our residences feature multiple rooms, generous space and high-quality furnishings – perfect for longer stays or larger families.
Each residence features private areas, modern kitchens, and living areas that balance comfort and togetherness. Here, you can share special moments and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

INTERMEDIATE CLEANING WITH TOWEL CHANGE
A light mid-stay cleaning of floors and bathroom, including rubbish disposal and fresh towels. | €25 per apartment/day (included for stays of 5 nights or more).
LATE DEPARTURE
Perfect to use the Elldus Spa area again on the day of departure. (subject to availability at short notice only). You will be informed up to 24 hours before departure if a late departure is possible. | €50 per apartment (incl. spa area) | €85 with spa area and meals (lunch and snack incl.) per apartment
INTERMEDIATE CLEANING WITH LINEN CHANGE
Intermediate cleaning of the entire apartment including kitchen cleaning and linen change. | €45 per apartment/day
WELCOME-EXTRA
Rental bathrobe per adult, small basic equipment in the bathroom with special extra for the lady, chilled bottle of prosecco & small snack. | €45 per apartment
PETS
We will provide you with a sleeping pillow, dog bowls, as well as a welcome including dog routes on the apartment. Not bookable in the categories "Fips" & "Premium Plus", as well as in the apartments of the Residence at Elldus Resort. | €18 per day and pet
DAILY APARTMENTCHECK
Emptying the trash cans, shaking the beds, changing towels (if they are placed in the bathtub/shower). The daily check is not bookable for single days and takes place between 8 and 10 am. | €18 per apartment/day
LUGGAGE SERVICE
We will take care of the transport of the bags from the car to your apartment. | €30 for arrival & departure

1. What types of apartments are available at Elldus Resort?
Elldus Resort offers a variety of apartments and family suites to suit different needs – from small accommodations to large family or group apartments:
- Small Studios (~25 m²) – perfect for singles with a child or couples with a baby.
- Standard Apartments (“Standard”, “Comfort”, “Premium”, “Sport”, ~56 m²) – cosy, with a balcony, ideal for small families.
- Large Apartments & Family Suites (“Superior”, “Fips”, “Standard Plus”, “Grande Suite”, “Sport Plus”, ~69–100 m²) – multiple bedrooms, perfect for families or groups.
- Elldus Residences – around 10 individually designed apartments of various sizes (~50–70 m²). These are accessible by lift but are not fully step-free.
All apartments are non-smoking.
2. Are the apartments wheelchair accessible, and is there a lift?
Most apartment buildings are not fully accessible, and lifts are not available. Only the Residences have a lift, though they are still not completely step-free at the entrance.
3. What standard facilities do the apartments include?
All apartments are modern and family-friendly, featuring:
- Kitchen (including dishwasher, hob, fridge, etc.)
- Dining area
- TV and radio
- Bathroom (shower or bath)
- Balcony
Free baby and toddler equipment can be requested; in the “Fips” category, this is included as standard.
